International Expo Development and Promotion Center of Heilongjiang Province (China Harbin International Economic and Trade Fair Office, China Chamber of International Commerce Heilongjiang Chamber of Commerce Certification Service Center) mainly undertakes the organization and implementation of large-scale exhibition activities assigned by the provincial government such as conferences, exhibitions, forums; Responsible for the duties of the Chinese Secretariat of the China-Russia Expo, the Heilongjiang Leading Committee of the China-Russia Expo (HTF) and other exhibition leadership committees (organizing committees) office, responsible for daily work; Undertaking the overall planning of exhibitions and activities, investment and exhibition promotion, trade docking, exhibition affairs as well as organization and coordination; Undertaking the work of promoting the development of the exhibition industry, undertaking or organizing to participate in exhibitions at home and abroad; Providing related services for domestic and foreign economic and technological cooperation, economic and trade exchanges, mediation and arbitration of economic and trade disputes, and international trade certification; Undertaking other tasks assigned by the provincial government.
